1.What do you like most at work?

I like sitting and talking with interesting people (customers, colleagues, partners) inventing something new and useful in a team. If there is no problem we are looking for one (in order to solve it)!

2.Why do like going to work in the morning?

Because of my colleagues and because I simply enjoy my work knowing that I do something useful for my home region.

3.Which are your favourite three books?

Stan Nadolny: Selim oder die Gabe der Rede.

  • The book has two protagonists: Selim, an immigrant worker from Turkey, and a student – who later becomes a rhetoric professor. Main statement: Only at that point where I tell you something of my life it becomes reality – and vice versa: What I tell you becomes reality.

John Waltrup: Inseln im Chaos.

  • A science novel about the founding of the interdisciplinary Santa-Fe-Institute and the basics of complex systems. It has influenced my work very much.

Harrison Owen: Open Space.

  • This was the first large group moderation method I became aware of. I could experience the energy that comes over from large groups ever since.

4. Where is your favourite place?

Everywhere when I feel good. This depends on the people around me and whether I have my head free. I like a place very much which is near the youth hostel in Constance-Allmannsdorf.
When the weather is fine you can see as far as the Pfaender and you have a view over the whole Lake Constance.

5. What is your favourite music?

That changes. Rio Reiser, Bob Dylan, Janis Joplin.

6. How do you spend your spare time?

I like walking, reading novels, meeting friends.
