Learning Administrations
The participating towns – Constance, Friedrichshafen, Radolfzell, Ueberlingen, Feldkirch, Kreuzlingen and Schaffhausen are facing similar challenges: modernisation and alteration of administrative activities in order to achieve a better customer orientation, a better staff orientation and a more efficient budget spending in times of tight budgetary funds.
In collaboration the towns are broadening their competences and their reform strategies in the fields citizen orientation, staff orientation and administrative culture. They are doing this in a cross border approach creating staff networks in order to exchange experience and knowledge. In doing so, they are capable of mutual consulting.
