EURES-Lake Constance

EURES-LAKE CONSTANCE is part of the European EURES-network (European Employment Service) initiated by the labour administrations and the social partners. Its aim is an open and barrier-free labour market in the Lake Constance area. EURES-LAKE CONSTANCE takes down limitations, i.e. it shows employment, earning and education opportunities in the Lake Constance area.

The efforts in direction of a cross-border labour market in the Lake Constance area can only be successful when there is cooperation. That is why representatives of trade unions, labour market administrations and employers' associations are working together within EURES-LAKE CONSTANCE. Switzerland, too, is a full partner in this initiative supported by the EU. Translake coordinates the activities of the EURES-LAKE CONSTANCE partners and supports them as far as the application and accounting procedures with the EU and the seco (State Secretariat for Economy of Switzerland) are concerned
